The cannabidiol oil is ideally consumed in a “sublingual” way by depositing a precise number of drops under the tongue thanks to the dropper and by letting act from 30 seconds to 2 minutes for absorption by the oral mucous membranes. It is an optimal, effective and healthy way to enjoy the effects of CBD, without risk to health. Each bottle of CBD oil has a CBD concentration displayed (5%, 10%, 15%, etc) which indicates the total amount of CBD contained in the oil. Depending on the concentration of the CBD oil, a drop will not contain the same amount of CBD. Example: 1 drop of CBD oil at 10% = 2 drops of CBD oil at 5%.

CBD side effects include tremors, dizziness, drowsiness, low blood pressure, and diarrhea.

Cannabidiol can indeed interact and disrupt the metabolism of certain enzymes in the liver. The risk, in case of concomitant use of CBD with another medical treatment is to deregulate the effectiveness of the treatment and / or to suffer adverse side effects.
